Qualitative production within deadlines

Facade signboard is that thing which influences on the decision to enter your shop or not, so the best way to get qualitative signboard is to order it in our workshop.

Many years “World of projects” does manufacturing and designing of signboards. They are called facade, because they are placed on the facade of the shop.

They can be big or small, consist of several elements or be solid, contain just a name of the company or just the name of your production, or both with your slogan.

If you are thinking about what sign board you want to order for your shop, we recommend you to take different factors which influence on cost and longevity into account.

They can be: 

• rectangular;
• figured.

They can have such illumination:

• Light-emitting diode illumination from the inside ;
• Neon glow (illumination devices are installed inside but illuminate the opposite side from the front panel, so only the circuit is illuminated));
• Opened light-emitting diodes;
• Searchlights .

They can be made of: 

• Aluminum composite panels ;
• PVC and acrylic;
• With the front panel from banner;
• With the front panel of the polycarbonate. 

Lightboxes made of PVC and acrylic

Plastic, which transmits and dispels the light, is used for the external side. The first variant is acrylic. It dispels the light perfectly well, but cannot be bigger than 3*2 meters (the size of acrylic sheet). If the production of big size must be manufactured than we glue together several sheets, but in this case splice will appear on the front side, though it is hard to notice. This material is easy to handle, so that is why constructions, which are made from, can be of any size. Its disadvantage is that it deforms depending on the temperature. In other words, because of the temperature swing it arches and twists. We make experiments with materials from different providers (Chinese European Israel), choosing the best material. Anyway, the life time of this production is twice as shorter than life time of aluminum composite panels. The second and cheaper variant of the front panel is polycarbonate. Its length is 12 meters, which allows to make long facade signboards without splices.

Polycarbonate and banner are competitors for big production manufacturing.

Polycarbonate has much better color transfer than banner. However, an essential disadvantage for such constructions is that its carcass is easy to spot, but big advertisement is usually placed on a big distance from observer, so this nuance does not mean much. Polycarbonate is also hard to handle. With the help of light scattering films, we paste the print on plastic. Proceeding from the fact of its low price, the most spread form is rectangle. If you need to give your product individuality, lightbox circuit can be of any form.

Banners with the full color print

These are big products, which have length or width more than 3 meters. They are manufactured in such a way: the light-transmitting banner, which is made of backlight, is stretched on the metal frame.

They can have both rectangular and figured form. The minus is that its lifetime is very short. In other words, after several years the banner starts to fade. Lightbox, which is made of such a banner, has low color saturation at night, so the colors of banner are not so saturated as the colors of acrylic, which is placed inside. Its advantages are: the possibility to manufacture products of big size, and banner does not deform in sun.

The banner will keep good tension for a long time. The requirement is installation during a warm season.

Sign boards made of plastic and aluminum composite panel and external illumination

One more variant of decorating facade is usage of PVC sheets or aluminum composite panels with the picture on it. The picture is printed on frosted or glossy film and glued to front panel of the sigh board.

However, this variant of signs and sign boards production is cheaper than production of lightboxes, but it is harder to see them at night than to see a lightbox.

It is said that it must be illuminated with the searchlights, which are fixed with brackets.

Lightboxes

This is widely spread name for sign boards, which are illuminated from inside. The whole panel can be lighted up or just a part of it (logo for example). The illumination is implemented with light-emitting diodes, which are placed inside. Advertisement image can be permanent or change (for holding a season event etc.). A good example of lightbox with images, which are changing, is citylight. When you order an advertisement with illuminated front panel you need to remember that white, red, yellow, orange, blue and green are the brightest colors, but brown, violet are not so bright.
